Join us on the evening of July 7 for a quiet summer celebration at Kotori Kotohira.
We’ll gather around a special bamboo stand made with local bamboo from Manno Town to enjoy chilled, slippery-delicious nagasanai sōmen — a refreshing seasonal dish served in a relaxed, indoor setting.

Toppings and soft drinks will be provided, and we’re also preparing some unique side dishes inspired by local flavors.
Feel free to bring your own favorite side dish to share around the table! Let’s enjoy a peaceful evening of food and conversation.
