Kotori Bar (1st floor of Kotori Kotohira) will host a special, limited-time Nihonshu Pairing Bar!

We’ll be serving Kinryo, the cherished local sake of Kotohira Shrine, thoughtfully paired with Kagawa’s unique local dishes to enhance the flavors of both.

Whether you’re a sake enthusiast or just curious to try, everyone is welcome to discover new tastes and pairings.

Serving you is Suwa-chan, a passionate sake fan visiting Kotohira through Otetsutabi. She fell in love with the magic of pairing and can’t wait to share that experience with you.
