Join us on the 22nd each month in Kotohira—enjoy oden, exchange ideas, and simmer the future together.
From ingredients, miso, to local sake—let’s shape it all together!

Whether you want to start something new in the community or simply love delicious oden, everyone is welcome.
This winter, will Kotohira see the grand opening of a Sanuki Oden shop?

Theme: Oden × Sake / What does it take to open a shop!?
Taste-test combinations of local KINRYO sake with oden ingredients and miso / Discuss what’s really needed to launch a shop.
Participation fee: 2,000 yen
Venue: Kotori Coworking & Hostel Kotohira
